Admission Process, Criteria & Policy

Process

RIS has over 25 years of experience welcoming families of all nationalities and backgrounds. Whether you are looking for a good pre-school, kindergarten, or elementary/ middle school experience, we at RIS welcome you.

We accept learners throughout the year and therefore have no application deadlines. However, it is important for families applying to our school to understand that space may be limited and therefore we strongly recommend getting in touch with the admissions office directly. Admission is open to all learners and our admission team is always there to offer support and inform you about the opportunities at RIS. The registration form with all of the required documents and payments needs to be completed on the day of admission itself. Applications will not be accepted more than 1 year in advance of the expected date of entry.

Required Documents:

  • School Records
  • Birth Proof
  • Parents Aadhar Card
  • Medical Health Report
  • Any previous academic/emotional/ physical assessmen reports.

Criteria

RIS has certain age criterion that dictates the admission of a learner within a certain grade. The child looking to be enrolled should have completed the age indicated below, in order to get an admission within the desired grade.

Policy

At RIS, we aim to provide a high-quality educational experience through a fair and transparent admission system and avoids unfair discrimination on grounds of disability, gender, religion or beliefs. Admission is open to all learners and our admission policy ensures proper admission procedures with respect to each application received. Parents must agree to the RIS admission policy before the enrollment and by signing the application for admission, the parent agrees to the terms and conditions stated. The learner’s official school records and teacher recommendations must be submitted before a final decision on a grade level placement. This decision is made by the principal of the school as per the local government age criteria.

RIS Reserves The Right to Dismiss or ask Learner be Withdrawn if:
